DO YOU PROVIDE INVOICE?
Yes, we do.
After you check out your order online, the invoice will be sent by email while we are preparing your order.
We don't send a hard copy of the invoice with delivery unless you request it, as we strive to promote a greener planet Earth.

WILL THE PEARL QUALITY BE THE SAME AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All the images on our eStore are captured from the actual products.
Our goal is to provide a 'What you see is what you get' experience. You can anticipate that your orders will match the quality shown on the website.
However, it's important to note that occasionally, minor differences in size or color may arise due to limitations in photography and display accuracy.

DELIVERY TIME IN QATAR?
'Same Day' or 'Next Day' delivery is expected for demestic orders within Qatar. You're encouraged to contact us in advance if an urgent delivery is needed.

Delivery fee depends on order value and delivery location:
20QR (15km within Doha city) will be exempted if order value is over 200QR.
30QR (Up to 50km around Doha city) will be exempted if order value is over 300QR.
40QR (Anywhere outside Doha within Qatar ) will be exempted if order value is over 500QR.
The lowest fee will apply automatically when you check out your order on our website.

HOW DO YOU PACK ORDERS?
The approach to packaging will vary significantly between local delivery and international shipping.
1. In the case of local delivery in Qatar, orders will be nicely packed within Opearl's themed boxes and bags.
2. For international shipping, orders will be efficiently packed in sealed plastic bags before being placed into envelopes. This is due to the fact that all accessories are classified as restricted items for international shipping beyond Qatar's borders. Consequently, we are constrained to send them as letters rather than parcels.

An Opearl Gift Card is a prepaid stored-value money card designed for making purchases in our store. You purchase a card with a preloaded value, which can be spent by either you or the gift card recipient throughout Opearl's online store. This option is particularly convenient, allowing the recipient to personally select products they desire from our range.
Additionally, it functions as a savings program that you can leverage while shopping on our web-store. Opting for a higher-value card will lead to greater savings.

HOW DOES OPEARL GIFT CARD WORK?
After purchasing an Opearl Gift Card, an email will be sent to the recipient containing comprehensive information, such as the card's value, redemption code, and current balance. This card can be used multiple times and has no expiration date. If the balance on your Opearl Gift Card is insufficient for a purchase, you can supplement it with another payment method. Should you forget the balance at any point, you're welcome to request a balance check, and we'll gladly assist you.
