You're welcome to our physical store is in Chinese Market Center D-ring road next to Regency Halls and Al Ahli Sports Club.

Meanwhile we also make sure your online shopping with us is pleasant:
1. We do home delivery all over Qatar and accept 'Cash On Delivery' so that you can touch and feel items before payment.
2. We only use actual products photos by ourself as a promise of ‘what you see on-screen is what you'll get off-screen.’
3. We cover you 14 days refund period if you're not satisfied with what you've paid for.

ARE THEY REAL PEARLS?

Making and selling original pearl jewelry is our benchmark. Freshwater pearl jewelries are the majority in our portfolio as well as some seawater pearls.

We guarantee our customers receiving orders exactly the same as description on the product page.

We can’t emphasize more that we always keep standard so high that the correspondence between products and description is our benchmark.

DO YOU PROVIDE RECEIPT?

Yes, we do. Electronic version is preferable as we ‘Go Green’ for the Earth.
If you check out the order online, invoice will be sent automatically by email after the order is fulfilled.
If your order is confirmed manually, electronic invoice can be given upon request.

DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATE FOR THE ITEMS?

As by default, we guarantee the authenticity for all of our products. Authenticity Guarantee Card is no longer requested and necessary for such purpose. But if you do need one, we can send you our ‘Authenticity Guarantee Card’ electronically upon request.

DO YOU USE ACTUAL PHOTOS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

All the pictures on our eStore are taken by actual products.

‘What you see is what you get’ is our objective. You can expect your orders as same quality as shown on the website.

By saying that, though, sometimes there might be very little difference on size or color due to various reasons such as display resolution, brightness
and photographing limitation.

In the worst case, you can still ask for exchange or refund in 14 days.

HOW SOON DO YOU DELIVER ORDERS?

We deliver orders in 1-2 days from order confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on order items, location and flexibility of your receiving time.

You may contact us in advance in case an urgent delivery is needed.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

Delivery fee depends on order value and delivery location:

20QR (15km within Doha city) will be exempted if order value is over 200QR.

30QR (Up to 50km around Doha city) will be exempted if order value is over 300QR.

40QR (Anywhere in Qatar above 50km outside Doha city) will be exempted if order value is over 500QR.

The lowest fee will apply automatically when you check out your order on our website.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, you can choose either option:

1. Self online checkout: Add the items to cart and check out on website. It’s quite straight forward and you'll be guided step by step throughout the process.
2. Manually confirmation: Contact us by WebChat, WhatsApp, Email us or call us for order confirmation.
